What does CardLens do?
CardLens scans a trading card from a photo, identifies the exact printing, and shows a value range built on recent eBay sales, with the sales listed. It also estimates the condition and saves the card to a collection.
Where do the value ranges come from?
From an AI estimate anchored to recent eBay sales of the same printing, returned through the eBay API where available. The sales are shown in the app so you can see the evidence behind the range.
Does it scan graded cards?
It does. CardLens reads the label on PSA, BGS, and CGC slabs, records the grade with the match, and shows the sales behind the range so you can see how graded copies are trading.
How do I get a better scan?
Place the card on a plain surface in bright, even light, keep the whole card in frame, and tilt slightly to move glare off holos and foils.
Is CardLens free?
CardLens is free to download on the App Store, and an optional premium subscription adds more to the app. The App Store listing shows the current terms.
